Located on the Hawkesbury River, our client started simply running her family’s oyster farm – supplying delicious, fresh seafood to some of Sydney’s best restaurants. After a run of debilitating environmental events, Sydney Oyster Tours was born out of a desire to diversify and provide a glimpse into a world not many see – oyster farming.

Spend the day touring the farm, learning all about oysters and how they grow, and then end with a lunch of the freshest oysters you’ll ever eat while standing in the water they’re grown in.
